Providing opportunities for brilliant indigent students to secure a secondary education through the provision of annual part and full scholarships to attend the best secondary schools in Nigeria. The scholarships will be awarded based on academic excellence and demonstrated financial need. The number of these awards given every year will be based on the resources available to the Fund.
Pursuing excellence in secondary education by annually rewarding exceptional teaching efforts at the secondary schools in which DJ Bullock served by awarding the 'DJ Bullock teacher of the Year Award.' Selection of the recipient of the prize is by election held amongst their peers.
Provision of one off developmental grants to deserving secondary schools from time to time in support of their efforts to foster and develop the theatre arts among their students. The grants enable the schools to put on stage plays with students filling all roles for presentation to a wide audience. In some exceptional cases the grants also enable the schools to also invite a top Nigerian theatre arts professional to produce and direct a stage play with their students in all the roles.
